Fee Schedule for 2010 - 2011 Testamentary Trusts or Revocable Living Family Trusts Packages: $500 & above Charitable Remainder Trusts: (Collaborating with Charity House Attorney) $500 & above Life Insurance Trusts: $500 & above Simple Will Package: $200 - $300 C or S Corporation or Limited Liability Company: (Articles, Operating Agreements, By-Laws) $500 plus filing fee General Office Consultation & Research: $150 / hour Mediation, Litigation & Court Appearances: $200 / hour, or $600 / half day, or $1,000 / day First $1,000 of fee due up front, $500 / month on balance. More Complex Business Problems Will be Fee Negotiated Repeat Client Discounts |
